Primary Responsibilities :
** Candidate should have a research appetite and would need to liaison closely with various Manager in Agri to develop new capabilities in testing for chemistry and residue on the new and latest instruments.
** He/ She should have exposure to formulation chemistry to formulate various environment friendly individual and stable combination formulations
** Should be well versed with generation of chemistry dossier for a molecule to be registered with CIB
** Should be well versed with OECD GLP requirement and guidelines
** Should be well versed with various accreditations (Indian GLP & OECD GLP) for the laboratory .
** Should have understanding of Profit and Loss Statement.

Reporting to Lab Manager
Specific responsibilities :
** Achieving the Topline and Bottom line for the lab.
** Operational excellence and quality of service.

Profile :
Qualifications :
** Essential : M.Sc. (Instrumentation) or Analytical chemistry ;
** Desirable : Ph.D or exposure with formulation chemistry
** Specialization : Instrumentation / Testing on GCMS/MS AND LCMS/MS and would be capable to independently handle Residue and Chemistry requirements of CIB & OECD GLP

Experience Profile :
Minimum Years : 3 yrs
Maximum Years : 5 yrs

Skills :
** Should have very good technical knowledge on the instrumentation and should be well conversant with major players in the industry.
** Should be able to lead a team of 5 -7 persons
** Should also possess the good commercial understanding
