Job Description
Once the customers books the flat, he or she have to send letters to Customers asking for the changes as desired by them. Accept the changes from the Customers, prepare the cost estimates for the extra work suggested. Prepare a detailed autocad layout and send all the changes to be made on sites. Check the flat for the changes done or not. After the final checking raise the final costing to the customer.

Desired Candidate Profile
Should be well versed with Auto Cad. Good Communication skills. Able to understand Customers needs.
