1. Third Eye : Gesture Recognition Using Image Processing
o An interactive user interface machine vision application which will enable the user to communicate with computing devices like laptops, desktops, symbian phones with their hand gestures.
o Using powerful Image processing library INTEL OPEN CV this application will be able to processes video input and images at very high speed. The application will be developed in MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO (Application Development Environment).
2. Microcontroller Based Digital ON/OFF Timer :
o Digital timer switches are used to control the operation of electrical devices using 8051 Microcontroller that can be programmed to schedule the on and off operation of an electrical appliances.
o The appliance is controlled through a Relay Switch and uses a 16×2 Character LCD with 4 Push Buttons to interact with the user.
