Position Title : CREDIT ANALYST - MICRO CREDIT
Work Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities :
* Underwriting of micro credit proposals with credit limits upto Rs 2 crores.
* Knowledge of balance sheet assessment, ratio analysis, latest RBI instructions / guidelines on micro enterprises, Definitions of micro enterprise.
* Key Result Areas :
* Qualitative assessment of template driven loans under micro Credit with minimum TAT.
* Please Note : Candidates with more than 3 years of experience may not apply.
Requirements :
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce , Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management or Chartered Accountancy in Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required skill(s) : MICRO CREDIT PROPOSALS, BALANCE SHEET ASSESSMENT, RATIO ANALYSIS.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Credit Management or equivalent.

Position Title : Branch Operations
Work Location : Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura
Responsibilities :
* The primary role will that be of a front office functionary to interact with customers for all their banking related needs. The candidate should be able to fluently communicate in English and the local language. The candidate should also posses marketing and interpersonal skills. Must be fully conversant with day to day banking operations, extend excellent customer service and sell bank products and should be in a team leading assignment. Should be conversant with KYC, Compliance and other aspects of branch operations. Knowledge of credit and foreign exchange will be an advantage
Requirements :
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master of Art , Master of Commerce , Master of Computer Application/Computer Science, Master of Science or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Physics or equivalent.
