I. SCIENTIST = TWO POSTS (ST- 02)
Pay : `.18750 + Grade Pay of `. 6600 in the Pay Band PB-3 `.15600-39100
AGE : Not exceeding 37 years
Minimum Educational Qualification : M.Tech./M.E. or equivalent recognized Post graduate degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in structural engineering

II. SR. TECHNICAL OFFICER (1) = ONE POST (Reserved for OBC)
Pay : `.15600 + Grade Pay of ` .5400 in the Pay Band PB-3 `.15600-39100
AGE : Not exceeding 38 years
Minimum Educational Qualification : B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or its equivalent with 55% marks with two years experience in the relevant field.

III. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT = ONE POST (Unreserved)
Pay : `.9300 + Grade Pay of `.4200 in the Pay Band PB-2 `.9300-34800
AGE : Not exceeding 28 years
Minimum Educational Qualification : 10+2 with Science subjects followed by 1st class Diploma in Civil Engineering of 3 years full time duration (2/2.5 years full time duration in cases of lateral admission after 10+2, if applicable) or its equivalent.

- Attend the customer complaints and take the feedback- Nature of complaint. finally avoid the complaint through corrective and preventive action of the process stages
