Recruitment of Security Officers (Scale II) & Fire and Security Officer (Scale I)

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the post of Security Officer (Scale II). (Higher scale will be offered depending upon the qualification and experience)

No. of vacancies : 2

Eligibility Criteria :
a) The officers should be from defence forces (Army/Navy/Air Force) with minimum 5 years of defence service as officer and not below the rank of Captain in Army/ equivalent.
b) Age not more than 45 years as on 31.03.2011
c) Officers having experience in Banks as Security Officers will be given preference.

Scale of Pay : Rs.19400 +DA+HRA + Other allowances applicable as per IBA
Rules for officers in Scale II.As per the current rates, the total initial emoluments is around Rs.40,000/- per month.
Performance linked Incentive : Rs.80,000/- per annum, as per scheme in vogue.
Mode of selection : Personal Interview
Period of probation : 1 Year
Location : Delhi (1) and Mumbai (1)

GENERAL CONDITIONS :
1. Neatly typewritten application with Passport-size photograph pasted thereon should be accompanied by self attested copies of certificates to prove the age, qualifications and relevant experience.
2. Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the candidate for being called for interview. In matters regarding eligibility and selection, Bank’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

4. Candidate may have to travel to any location depending on the requirement of the Bank.
