Minimum Qualification : Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical /Production discipline or equivalent. MBA / PG Diploma in Material / Supply Chain / Operations Management will be preferred.
Minimum Post Qualification Experience as on 01 Oct 11 : Relevant experience in Material Management in Shipbuilding / Large Engineering Industry out of which 3 years in immediate lower grade or in equivalent rank.

Project Details :-
Construction of substation for PCI (pulvourised coal injection) plant at B.F 1&2.This plant total load was 5974.45kw.Here we used 1250Kw,400Kw,300Kw(siemens make)&750Kw(ABB make)Motors.(This motors operated at 6.6Kv).6.3MVA(11kv/6.6kv) & 1.6MVA(11kv/415v)transformer erection and testings.Lighting transformers-2 (100Kva), HT(11KV &6.6KV) & LT switchboards (PMCC,PDB,MLDB,SLDB),battery charger and DCDB , N.G.R & earthing transformer erection and testings. HT & LT cable support erection. I had done CEA documentation process.Also I had worked at another site sms-2 EOT cranes (250 tonn ladle cranes)electrical erection and testing.
Responsibilities Handled :-
- Implementation of company’s established standard, rules and codes of practices.
- Incoming Material Inspection & Verification.
- Day-To-Day coordination with the sub-contractors and site management for timely completion of the job as per project schedule.
- Preparation of different report of the project.
- Co-ordination of different Site activities.
WORKING EXPERINECE :-
- Worked at UNI PARTS INDIALTD, working as welding supervisor. I had inspected welding quality (tensile and penetration) reports for various parts and welding machine voltage,current, wirespeed (0.8mm or 1.2mm) and also maintenance. Herewe used only MIG welding machines both ROBOT and MANUAL. From 08-01-2008 To 25-03-2009
