Recruitment under Sports Quota

Applications are invited from the eligible and outstanding sportspersons in the prescribed format ( given here under ) for filling up of 12 vacancies in Group ‘C’ category in Pay Band – 1 having Pay in Scale Rupee 5200 – 20200 with Grade Pay Rupee 1900/2000 & 2400/2800- against Sports Quota ( Open Advertisement ).

Football (Male): – 01 for Forward Postion
Cricket(Male): – 01 Batsman
Volley Ball (Male): – 01 Center Blocker
Kabaddi (Male): – 01 Right Cover
Kabaddi (Female): – 01 Reder
Backetball (Female): – 01 Allrounder
Hockey (Female): – 02 Allrounder
Athlete (Male): – 01 Discuss Throw
Badmintion (Male): – 01

Period of Reckoning Sports Achievements :
For Recruitment against sports quota, the sports achievements shall be in the immediate previous 02 ( two ) years and sports person shall be an active player. For this purpose, previous two financial years from the date of receipt of application or date of notification, as the case may be, shall be taken into account.

Age Limit : The age limit will be 18 – 25 years.

Examination Fees :
The Examination Fees for Recruitment against Sports Quota will be Rupee 60/-. Date of issue of IPO / Bank Draft should not be before the date of issue of this Employment Notice.
SC / ST and Ex – Servicemen are fully exempted from examination fee.

How to apply :
(i) The given format should be neatly typed or hand written either in English or Hindi on a A – 4 size paper should be filled in own hand writing and one passport size photograph should be pasted at the specific space on the application form duly signed on the top by the candidate.
(ii) Two similar passport size photographs ( same as affixed in the application form duly signed on the top ) should be clipped along with the Application Form.
(iii) All the copies of certificates in support of age, caste, educational qualification, sports achievements & other qualifications should be attested either by a Gazetted officer or self and should be enclosed along with the Application Form.
(iv) All applications must be accompanied with Bank Draft or IPO amounting to Rupee 60/- ( SC / ST and Ex. service man are fully exempted from this payment ) which will not be refundable in any case.
(v) In case of serving employee “No Objection Certificate” from the employer should be attached.
(vi) More than one application in one envelope will be summarily rejected.
(vii) Only those candidates who fulfill the prescribed norms, should apply
