BEML Limited, a pioneering Multi Business (Defence, Mining & Construction, Rail & Metro, Aerospace and Dredging) Heavy Engineering Company is looking for Receptionist for its Corporate Office at Bangalore.

Consolidated Pay : `6000/- 1st year, `7000/- 2nd year
Upper Age Limit : 25 yrs
Minimum Post Qualification Experience : 2 yrs

Qualification & Experience : The candidate(s) should be a regular Graduate in any discipline with good communication skills both oral & written preferably in English, Kannada & Hindi. He/she should preferably be well versed with Computer operations like MS-Word, Excel, Power Point etc. Candidate should have a minimum of two(2) years post qualification experience as Receptionist/ Front Office Assistant. He/ she should be capable of handling visit of high level dignitaries, phone calls etc.

Job Description :
The Receptionist shall manage the front office efficiently and effectively.
Shall be responsible for calls and properly handle caller’s enquiries.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Assist and direct visitors to the appropriate contacts.
Arranging appointments for guests to meet with company staff.
Maintenance & upkeep of entire reception area.
Maintenance, upkeep and record the usage of Conference Hall at Reception area and Conference Hall at II Floor.
Any other related activity as may be required and assigned by Management from time to time.

Eligible and interested candidates (Not applicable for SC/ST/PWD) need to pay a fee of `100/- by downloading the challan available in the BEML website and by remitting the same only in State Bank of India in the BEML Account No. 31006750220.
