1. General Manager (Finance) : One Post
Qualification & Experience : Qualified Chartered/Cost Accountant having membership of the Institute of Chartered/Cost and Works Accountant of India. He must have minimum 8 to 10 years experience in financial planning, taxation, financial and cost accounting, management accounting and reporting at senior level. A membership of both the Institute with relevant work experience would be preferred.
Age (Maximum) : 50 years.
Pay Scale : Pay Band-4 Rs 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs 8700/-

2. Deputy General Manager (Internal Audit) : One Post
Qualification & Experience : Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst or ICWA with minimum five years experience of the post.
Age (Maximum) : 40 years.
Pay Scale : Pay Band-3 Rs 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs 6900/-

3. Company Secretary-cum-Deputy General Manager (Legal) : One Post
Qualification & Experience : Membership of the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries. Graduate or Post Graduate in Law with minimum 5 years of handling company law matters and labour, industrial, civil, high courts, consumer/state forum matters in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector or reputed company.
Age (Maximum) : 40 years.
Pay Scale : Pay Band-3 Rs 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs 6900/-
