Filling up of the post of Registrar in the P.B-3 Rs.15,600-39,100+G.P. Rs. 6600 in the Employees’ Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi on deputation basis – Vacancy Circular.
Applications are invited for filling up the post of Registrar in the P.B.-3 Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 +G.P. Rs. 6600 in the Employees’ Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi. Eligibility requirements for the post are given in Annexure-I. The officers, who are eligible and willing may apply in the Prescribed Proforma given at Annexure-II.

Scale of Pay : Pay Band-3 Rs.15,600-39,100+ Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Eligibility : Officers of the Central/State Government/High Court holding analogous posts and possessing a degree in Law Or officers of Central/State Government of 8 years regular service in the Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34,800 + G.P. of Rs. 4800/- [scale of pay of Rs. 6500-10,500 (pre-revised)
The Applications accompanied with copies of A.C.Rs. duly attested for the last five years and Vigilance Clearance/ Integrity Certificate may be forwarded to the undersigned latest by 30th November, 2011. The applications received after expiry of the last date will not be considered. It is to be noted that mere possession of the qualification does not entitle a candidate for appointment to the aforementioned post. The Ministry of Labour & Employment, New Delhi reserves the right to reject any application without specifying any reason.
The applications of the following categories of officers may not be forwarded.
(i) who do not satisfy the basic eligibility requirements;
(ii) who have not been appointed on regular basis to the grades as indicated in the Annexure-I;
(iii) who have not completed the probation/trial period in the grade;
(iv) who are holding ex-cadre posts on deputation;
(v) who are exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
