    O/o the Controller of Accounts Ministry of Earth Sciences invites applications for filling up of the following vacant posts on deputation basis from amongst officials fulfilling the requirements as given below. The period of deputation will be initially for a period of one year which can be further extended as per the requirement of the organization or till the post is filled up on regular basis whichever is earlier.

    Name of the Post : Stenographer
    Pay Scale( Rs.) : PB-2 9,300-34,800/- + GP 4200/-
    Eligibility Conditions :
    i) Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board or University;
    ii) Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute in Stenography English or Hindi

    Name of the Post : Accountant
    Pay Scale( Rs.) :
    Eligibility Conditions :
    (i) Officials of the Central/State Govt./autonomous bodies holding analogous post on regular basis
    The candidate must be Graduate in any Discipline from any recognized University and should be well versed with Accounts/Estt.& Administration work. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of computers

    The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation basis shall not exceed 56 years of age as on the closing date of application. The application in the prescribed proforma as at Annexure-I and Certificate of Employer in Annexure-II may be sent to this office through proper channel alongwith vigilance clearance certificate and attested copies of ACRs for the last 05 years so as to reach this office within 45 days of the publication of the advertisement. In complete applications will not be entertained. Names of only those candidates who can be relieved immediately on selection may be forwarded. The application completed in all respects may be sent to the Sr.Accounts Officer( Admn.) at the following address by registered/speedpost or through courier/special messenger.
