Responsibilities:Studying the inputs. Preparation of the Overview drawing and Picture Drawings Quality Assurance of the deliverables
Project descriptions: This Project basically deals with creation of Overview and Picture drawing in order to help the Operator to route the Electrical harness standing inside the Aircraft.
Inputs are Hand-Over, DVISE Vdl, and Step file. Overview drawing is created using the Step file and the same drawing is used for judgment of the zones to be covered in the picture taken using DVISE, in which ATA53 and ATA92 chapters are loaded along with the DVISE Vdl file
These pictures are used to create Picture drawing meeting all the standards prescribed

· Quality Check of the Picture described, and the Overview Drawing.
· Quality Assurance of the deliverables.

Nature of work (HAL):

* Detail design of fuselage components studying the Numerical Master Geometry (NMG) of fuselage and preparing 2D layouts of fuselage and components.
* Creating 3D models of Fuselage structures such as Bulkhead, Frames stringers, angles, brackets, skins etc. depending on the requirements
* Converting 3D model to suitable 2D view and drafting detail drawing
* Creating sub-Assembly drawing and Assembly drawing with discussion with assembly group for easy assembling
* All the fasteners locations are created in CATIA-V5, 3D-assembly file and represented by means of point in 3D-space, with different color codes & open body features to identify a particular fastener type

· Modification of drawings as per the production variants by raising it to higher issues
· Maintaining of snag, production, shop queries in knowledge management.

Project 1: Modeling and Drafting of BULKHEAD ASSEMBLY of LCA
Client: ADA
Project descriptions: The vertical structural members are referred to as Bulkheads. These heavier vertical members are located at intervals to allow for concentrated loads. Bulkhead along with frames and longerons aid in the design and construction of stream line fuselage. They add to strength and rigidity of structure. These members are machined or sheet metals build up Truss type.

Project 2: Modeling and Drafting of MIDDLE FLOOR ASSEMBLY of LCA
Client: ADA
Project descriptions: Floor is a structure to support passenger cabin and cargo cockpit crew. It carries loads such as inertia loads due to weight of passengers, crew, seats and handling loads on ground, mainly loading and unloading. Floor consists of stiffened sheet (panel) suitably supported on crosswire and longitudinal beams , the loads ultimately being transferred to bulkheads and shell.

Project 3: Modeling and Drafting of Frames Stringers and Brackets for LCA
Client: ADA
Project descriptions: The project associated with modeling and drafting of frames, stingers and brackets riveted to bulkhead for the purpose of supporting the skin and increase the rigidity of aircraft structure. Together with skin it resists bending moment by developing axial stress tension and compression.

Project 4: Standard Parts Creation for LCA
Client: ADA
Project descriptions: The preparation of Standard parts, both Removable and Non-Removable Fasteners, clips etc using design table, Catalog editor available in CATIAV5 and uploading it in ENOVIA, which is VPM software, implemented in HAL, ARDC.
Technical exposure:

· Good knowledge in the fundamentals of aircraft structure and system components, assemblies, subassemblies and part drawings etc· Having good exposure to solid modeling and surface modeling, drafting and assembly modules of CATIA V5 (MD2 & GSD).· Preparation of catalog of standard parts using design table and catalog editor in CATIA V5· Maintaining the documents like change notice, project slip, disposition of snags production queries as per ISO 9001:2000· Exposure to GD&T Personal profile:
