4 Asstt. Executive Engineers and
3 Gas Mask Divers, both on contract engagement basis.

Haldia Dock Complex, Kolkata Port Trust intends to engage incumbents on contract basis for posting at Haldia in the following posts :
1) 4 Asstt. Executive Engineers under Plant & Equipment Division and
2) 3 Gas Mask Divers under Marine Operations Division

The details of eligibility criteria for contractual engagement in the aforementioned posts are given below:-

A) For the post of Asstt. Executive Engineer
(i) Age : Age should be minimum 25 years as on 01/10/2011.
(ii) Essential Qualification : Must possess a degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation Engineering.
B) For the post of Gas Mask Diver
(i) Age : Age should be minimum 25 years as on 01/10/2011.
(ii) Essential Qualification : Must possess a Diving Certificate issued by the Defense Services of Govt.of India, or any other Diving Training Institute recognized by the Govt.of India or the State Govt. However, the applicant has to submit appropriate documents in proof of such recognition.

Application in sealed envelope superscribed “Application for contractual engagement of Asstt. Executive Engineer under P&E Division” or “Application for contractual engagement of Gas Mask Diver under M.O. Division”, as applicable, should reach the office of
Manager(P&IR),
Haldia Dock Complex,
Jawahar Tower Building, Haldia Township, Purba Medinipur, PIN-721607
by October 28, 2011. Separate applications should be made for each post applied for. Mere fulfillment of the eligibility criteria will not confer any right upon the candidate for selection. Management reserves the right to cancel the selection process without any reference to the candidates. Incomplete application or application received after the last date may not be entertained.
