Painting & Coating :
- Witness test panel painting, adhesion tests (x-cut, cross hatch, pull off test) prior to commencement of painting job.
- Witness operator qualification test (bend test) & PQT (straight cut, bend test & pull off test) for Thermal Spray Aluminum (TSA) Application.
- Periodic calibration checks of instruments for functional importance, monitoring paint storage and shelf life.
- Witness blotter test for discharged compressed air quality, blasted surface & profile using comparator/replica tape with dial micrometer, salt contamination tests.
- Witness UV light inspection prior to TSA application.
- Monitoring WFT & DFT for each coat.
- Witness Holiday Detection test for internal coated piping/tanks/ underground piping/sea water piping and Adhesion/curing test (DSC analysis) for FBE coating

Insulation (HOT/COLD) :
- Witness anticorrosive primer/tie coat application prior to high density Polyurethane Foam (PUF) spray.
- Surveillance during PUF spray application and witness thickness check, pull off/ adhesion test.
- Witness tensile, compression, thermal conductivity, reactivity tests for PUF test samples at site laboratory.
- Verification of insulation materials such as Poly Isocynurate (PIR), Polyurethane foam (PUF), Foam glass, Glass wool, Rock wool boards/blankets, Reinforcement cloth, Filament tape, Butyl rubber, Stainless steel bands, Clips, Rivets, Cladding sheets, Primary & secondary vapor barriers, etc.
- Surveillance during installation of cold and hot insulation (i.e. application of PIR/PUF/ Foam glass/Rock wool/Glass wool, Securement, Vapor barriers, Weather protection, etc).
- Record non-conformances & report to the relevant authorities.
- Review & endorsement of inspection reports.
