Sr.Manager – HR / P&A ( or aboveup to General Manager)
To head HR/ Personnel Dept of our Yanam – 400 crore group turnover nearly 1000 employees on roll another 300on contract. The person also have to support other ancillary units with another700emp.
Yanam is an island under Puducherry butgeographically located 25 KM from Kakinada.(East Godavari Dist)
We need a candidate who is strong in IR aswe anticipate union formation. Candidate should be experienced inhandling unions, labour disputes etc he should be a mature, balanced andknowledgeable, Telugu speaking person. He should necessarily locate to Yanam.
Experience 12 years +
Salary Package 9- 10 Lacs PA (Negotiable)
Qualification : PG in IRPM and LAWdegree (preferable)
Candidates belonging to East Godavari Districtwill be more comfortable to live and serve in Yanam. Therefore you may source candidates of this origin who are serving in a good manufacturing co. in north or west who wants to return to AP.

2. Manager – HR , Karaikal
For our Ceramic near Pondicherry.Should be able to speak Telugu & Tamil.
Experience 5-7 Years + IR exposure amust.
Qualification : Post Graduate
Salary : 4-5 Lacs PA(Negotiable)
