EMPLOYMENT NOTICE

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates of Tripura for the post of Motor Mechanic under Tripura Police Department

Name of Post :- Motor Mechanic.

No. of Posts :- 02 (two) for ST category only. Vacancy may increase or decrease at the time of appointment.

Classification :- Group- “C” (Non- Ministerial) Non-Gazetted.

Pay Scale :- Pay Band = Rs. 5310-24,000/- + Grade Pay = Rs. 1,700/-

Age :- Between 18 and 35 years as on 1st January, 2011. Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST.

Education and other qualification :-
Essential :-
(i)Should have passed at least Class- X; and
(ii) Possess at least a certificate in the trade of Motor Mechanic or Auto fitter from An ITI; and
(iii) Possess at least experience of one year as a Motor Mechanic or Auto fitter in a reputed garage/ motor workshop.

Desirable :- Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

Date, time and venue of examination will be published in local news papers in due course through ICAT Department and also in the Departmental Web site www.tripurapolice.nic.in.

Last date for the receipt of the completed application in the office of the undersigned is 5 pm of 31.10.2011 and application received after due date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Candidates presently serving in any Department may apply through their employer with “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE”. Copies of certificates/ documents like Educational Qualification, Age proof, Citizenship or PRC, certificate of trade of Motor Mechanic/Auto fitter from ITI, certificate of experience, ST certificate, 3(three) copies of recent passport size photograph duly attested and 02(two) self addressed envelopes affixed with the postage stamp of Rs. 05/- each are to be enclosed with the application Form.
