    Lead recruiter / Assistant Manager - US Recruitments ( Night Shifts )

    Experience: 3 - 6 Years
    Location: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru/Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Kolkata

    Job Description
    1. Approve Resumes/Rates of candidates for submissions and submittal to the sales persons
    2.Keep team motivated
    3.Communication with US counterparts for specific requirements/ submittals/ bottle-necks or any other problem
    4. Appraisals and Leave approval of team members
    5. Daily snapshot, PO Status and other process related reports
    6.Interviews for new hiring
    7.Maintain Discipline and direction of team members
    8. Follow ups on all contract agreements, background checks and Physical PO's
    9. Providing training to new hires regarding the recruitment process
    10.Delegating requirements among the team members
    11.People Management: Planning and managing the career growth of Associates
    12. Empowering team, setting the right expectation for the team in align with organizational and project goals.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    1.Should be a Graduate in any stream.
    2.Should have good communication and convincing skills.
    3.Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
    4.Excellent negotiation and Team Management skills.
    5.Should have sound Technical Background (Candidates with Technical qualification or prior IT Recruitments experience would be preferred).
    6.Candidates with US Recruitments experience would be preferred.
