    Applications of robotic vehicles were intensively studied in recent years. The model-based guidance approaches are often employed for navigation. However, the traditional method of establishing environment models manual measurement of the navigation environment is a time-consuming work. It is thus desired to design a system for automatic learning of navigation environments. Accordingly this paper reports a microcontroller car which would respond to specific voice commands with HM2007 microchip forming a speech recognition system for achieving intended function and bring about limited action as expected. This system not only has high recognizable veracity, small volume, economy-power consumption, lower cost, high operation speed and real-time speech recognition. It also offers human-computer interaction.
