Reporting to the General Manager-Human Resources, you will provide core operational human resources services with a key focus on adding value. In addition to creating and implementing processes and policies, you will help shape the culture of the organisation going forward. You will provide a source of human resources excellence, including organisation development services, and will work closely with the executive team to foster both culture and value behaviors.
Working collaboratively, the role coordinates the delivery of operational services including People Development and Attraction, Remuneration & Benefits, HR Advisory Service, HR Reporting, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Employee Wellbeing.
