Job Description
1. To effectively organize, manage and monitor tasks and assignments.
2. To Effectively faster harmonious, healthy and good distributor-staff relationship through friendly and timely services.
3. To liaise and work with all relevant departments in problem solving in an effective and timely manner.
4. To positively contribute and promote high teamwork in the department.
5. To effectively maintain and keep a proper recording and filing system of all transitions.
6. To Prepare and compile monthly analysis reports and submit to immediate supervisor.
7. To effectively assist the telephone calls.
8. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Female Graduates with good communication skills to handle the customers
2. Strong organizational, problem-solving and management skills and a great deal of independent thinking, creativity and initiative and ability to manage and work well with colleagues. .
3. Computer knowledge is must, ability to use MS- Office (word, Excel and Power point)
4. Ability to converse in English, Hindi, Punjabi and other Languages.
