About the Job :
You will be a hands-on QA Manager, defining and implementing strategies for the Bangalore QA team to take on full fledged feature testing for features about to be developed locally, while helping the QA team come up with proper test cases, help them develop appropriate test scripts as well as guiding them to produce best in class QE automation.

Basic/Minimum Job Qualifications :
· BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering degree.
· 7+ years of experience in Software testing
· 2+ years of Tech Lead experience
· Strong hands-on experience writing QA test plans and test cases while executing them
· Experience with automation tools (Selenium, TestHarness, TestNG)
· Strong verbal and written communication and coordination skills
· Experience testing Client and Server applications
· Experience in QA methodologies, procedures documentation
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Experience in shell scripting and PERL.

Preferred Job Qualifications :
· People management experience
· RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) experience
· Programming experience in Java.
· Experience testing in Unix environment
