Minimum Job Qualifications :
· Ph.D. in Computer Science with an emphasis in Data Mining, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
· 3+ years demonstrated expertise and desire to work hands-on in analyzing and modeling large industrial data sets
· Experience in exploratory data analysis and in data mining processes
· Proven knowledge of data mining and machine learning methods and tools
· Software development skills (C/C++, Perl, Java, SQL, etc.)

Preferable Job Qualifications :
· Experience in building and deploying solutions in production
· Experience in large scale systems like the grid computing framework
· Excellent communication skills and ability to understand business requirements
· Team spirit and ability to aggressively execute independently
