The role : Strategic Partner Manager, Print Media

As Strategic Partner Manager, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with many of our top journal partners. You will manage existing partnerships, launch new relationships, as well as drive new business opportunities, resolve business issues, and analyze and track key metrics to identify trends. You will be responsible for negotiating and closing strategic partnerships and renewals, provide clarity and summarize complex issues, analyze contractual, technical and financial issues with partners in order to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.

Responsibilities :
* Maintain strong direct relationships with key partners.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis, and develop and communicate final recommendations.
* Negotiate up-sells and program feature enhancements with senior-level executives.
* Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues.

Requirements :
* BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. MS/MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
* At least 6 years of work experience, including three years of related partner management or sales experience in an Internet or search company or a background in media and publishing.
* Strong understanding of the Internet media space, search engines, and digital content business models.
* Ability to interpret legal documents, negotiate contracts, and work with attorneys to complete agreements.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Fluent in Hindi and English required.

Project 1 : A wavelet based de-noising of the electroencephalogram (EEG) signal to
correct for the presence of the ocular artifact (OA)

Description :
The project investigates a wavelet based de-noising of the electroencephalogram (EEG) signal to correct for the presence of the ocular artifact (OA).
The Proposed technique is based on an over-complete wavelet expansion of the EEG as follows :
(i) A stationary wavelet transform (SWT) is applied to the corrupted EEG; (ii) The thresholding of the coefficients in the lower frequency bands is performed; (iii) The de-noised signal is reconstructed.This project demonstrates the potential of the proposed technique for successful OA correction. The advantage over conventional methods is that there is no need for the recording of the electrooculogram (EOG) signal itself. The approach works both for eye blinks and eye movements. Hence, there is no need to discriminate between different artifacts. To allow for a proper comparison, the contaminated EEG signals as well as the corrected signals are presented together with their corresponding power spectra.
Project 2 : WIRELESS ROBOTIC CONTROLLER USING RF

Description :
The main aim of the project is to develop a wireless communication system by using one of the wireless communications RF. A robot is an automatically guided machine which is able to do tasks on its own. Another common characteristic is that by its appearance or movements, a robot often conveys a sense that it has intent or agency of its own. Robot can be controlled by using the keypad by giving the instruction this can reduce the complexity of the robot controlling. This can be replaced by using the radio communication to form as the wireless communication. RF controlled robots have three essential elements. The transmitter is the controller. Transmitters have control sticks, triggers, switches, and dials at the user's finger tips. The receiver is mounted in the model.
