    Job Description
    Will be primarily responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Development, which shall comprise Recruitment and Induction of newly recruited. Focussing on the timley appraisal. Preparation of appraisal matrix, Identifying the Training needs, Organising and Conducting Training. Ensuring timely monthly recognition of the employees. The incumbent should be capable enough to impart training to the sales force on communication skills, personality development etc.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Should be a Graduate / Post Graduate in Psychology with Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management with around 3 - 5 years of working experience preferably from Training background. The incumbent should be capable enough to take up projects on own. Should be having excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate from Training background will be preferred. Candidate from MUMBAI need only apply. Please mention your current CTC.
