Inviting applications for positions of Sister Tutor in Bihar

With an objective of strengthening the technical and management capacity of the Directorate of Medical & Health Services in Bihar, State Health Society (SHS)Bihar has been established. The objectives also include assisting the Districts Health Societies by various means including through recruitment of individual/institutional experts from the open market and mobilize financial/non-financial resources for complementing/supplementing the NRHMactivities in the State. The Society guides its functionaries towards receiving, managing (including disbursement to implementing agencies e.g. Directorate, of Medical & Public Health District Societies, NGOsetc.) and account for the funds received from the Ministry of Health &Family Welfare, Government of India.

To strengthen the nursing schools the State Health Society Biharwishes to appoint Sister Tutors on contractual basis.

Number of Vacant Positions : 75

Educational qualifications :
. MSc in Nursing or
. BSc in Nursing with 1years of teaching experience in nursing or
. Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration (DNEA)with lY2years of teaching experience in PHN

General Condition :
1. Maximum age limit 65years as on July 01,2011 .
2. The recruitment will be on contract basis for a period of 1 year or till regular appointment is made, whichever is earlier.
3. Salary would be Rs20,500/- per month (Rupees twenty thousand Five hundred only)
4. Candidates eligible to apply for the post are requested to apply in prescribed format only.
