To understand, create and communicate project goals and strategy across an interdisciplinary team
To analyse project management systems- ability to identify task, sequence of tasks, milestones, risk, mitigation plans.

Tracking of Projects as per the Schedule and Deliver as per the timeline.
Preparation of Budget & Timelines for the Select Projects.
Coordination with the R&D, Project Management Team & Procurement on the issues related to the Project.
Periodic meeting and review with Internal & External Customers on the Progress of the Project.
Plan & execute the Client Visits Schedule based on business potential & future scope.
Well versed with handling clients, teleconferences, presentations and communication.
Estimation and Allocation of Manpower and Equipments for the Selected Projects
Estimating capital, operating expenditure and return on capital investment (ROI), calculating payback period, laying down implementation plan.
Coordinating among various departments (R&D, Scale âUp, Projects & Technical Service, Finance, Q.A. and Q.C.
Capacity utilization & time cycle reduction in manufacturing and in delivery.
Ensures online documentation & records, ERP entries and generating MIS to Top Management.
Well versed with cGMP, ICHQ7, USFDA & ISO guide lines.

SELF NANOEMULSIFYING DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR IBUPROFEN : DESIGN AND OPTIMIZATION
Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which is dysmenorrheal, and as an analgesic. The drug delivery encounters problems of poor water solubility and vulnerability to enzymation degradation in both intestine and liver. In the current study, ibuprofen self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery systems (SNEDDS) were prepared in an attempt to overcome such obstacles. Preliminary screening was carried out to select proper ingredient combinations. Various surfactants and oils were screened as candidates for SNEDDS on the basis of droplet size of the resulting emulsions. The systems were assessed for particle size, encapsulation efficiency, FTIR and drug release. It was found that increase in sonication time resulted in decreased particle size. The encapsulation efficiency was found to be 45%.FTIR peaks confirmed the encapsulation of ibuprofen in the emulsion carrier. Drug release was performed both at room temperature and body temperature. It was found that burst release occurred at room temperature while sustained release was observed at body temperature. Thus the above self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery systems can be suggested as a unique system for the delivery of ibuprofen.
