    Minimum Qualification :
    1) Matriculation or equivalent examination of recognized University/Board.
    2) Speed of not less than 30 words per minute in typewriting in English or 25 words per minute in typewriting in Hindi

    2. Fireman
    Number of vacancies : 16
    Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 and Grade Pay 1900
    Minimum Qualification :
    Matriculation or equivalent examination of recognized University/Board.

    3. Store Keeper
    Number of vacancies : 19
    Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 and Grade Pay 1900
    Minimum Qualification :
    Matriculation or equivalent examination of recognized University/Board.

    4. Carpenter

    Minimum Qualification :

    2. Certificate in the trade from a recognized ITI of 3 years training and/or experience of actual work in the trade.

    SC/ST - 18 years to 30 years
    OBC - 18 years to 28 years

    Key Responsibilities Area :
    Receiving Monthly Plans and Daily Signal.
    Inventory Control. Of both end ECTIL as well as UGCL end.
    Receipts of material.(GRN).
    Create Discrepancy report against short/access material.
    Location wise storage of materials.
    Follow-up of shortage material against the Signals.
    Implementation of Two-Bin System.
    Preparing Dispatch issue note.
    Preparing Invoice of materials for Dispatch.
    Dispatch of material.
    Rejection Handling.
    Generate monthly report of non-moving and slow moving items.
    All ISO Store Releted Documentation & Work.
    .
    Independently handled a complete store inventory through physically and ERP systems.
    Receiving material, identify it, Stacking and Store with proper way.
    Inspection of all the documents like excise quality and test report and all other original documents as per purchase order during material inwards..
    Generation of reports like Daily purchase &, Rejection report, Non moving material report, Perpetual inventory report, , .
    Reduce inventory and Inventory carrying cost, Safe operation and control the flow of material.
    Inventory management for to keep inventory minimum , to keep labor minimum, Reliability of material movement, Minimum wastage & damages, In time information.
    Active involvement in Stock verification and material handling as per first in first out ( FIFO ) method.
    Follow-up and maintain perpetual inventory records & implementation....
    Co-ordination with all other departments for different queries.
    Other Experience :- · Purchase order generating against Indent
    · Daily Follow-up with vendor/supplier for immediate action
    · Review of dispatch commitments
