1. Senior Scientific Officer(Mechanical Extraction) One Post (Reserved for OBC).
Pay Band : Rs. 15600-39100 +5400 (Grade Pay).
Age : Not exceeding 40 years as on 21.09.2011.
Qualifications : Essential: Educational: M.Sc. First Class in Textile Technology with two years experience in Design.

2. Assistant Director (Training) One Post (UR).
Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800 + 4600 (Grade Pay).
Age : Not exceeding 35 years as on 21.09.2011.
Qualifications : Essential: Educational: Graduate in Science with Diploma in advanced Coir Technology and three years practical experience

3. Scientific Assistant(Engineering) One Post (UR)
pay Band : Rs.9300-34800 + 4200 (Grade Pay)
Age : Not exceeding 30 years as on 21.09.2011.
Qualifications : Essential: Educational: First or Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR First or Second Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years experience in running or maintenance of textile processing or machinery or equipment.

4. Investigator One post (Reserved for SC).
Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800 + 4200 (Grade Pay)
Age : Not exceeding 28 years as on 21.09.2011.
Qualifications : Essential: Educational: First or Second Class Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Commerce/Business Management.

5. Assistant Two posts (UR-1, OBC-1).
Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800 + 4200 (Grade Pay)
Age : Not exceeding 28 years as on 21.09.2011.
Qualifications : Essential: Educational: First or Second Class Graduate.

6. Junior Stenographer Two posts (UR) One Vacancy is Reserved for Ex-Serviceman.
Pay Band : Rs.5200-20200 + 2400 (Grade Pay)
Age : Not exceeding 30 years as on 21.09.2011.
Qualifications : Essential: Educational: SSLC or Equivalent with 100 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in Typewriting.

7. Upper Division Clerk Seven posts (UR-5, OBC-1 & SC-1) Two Vacancies are Reserved for Ex-Servicemen.
Pay Band : Rs.5200-20200 + 2400 (Grade Pay)
Age : Not exceeding 27 years as on 21.09.2011 (Relaxable for Government servants up to 40 years in the case of general candidates and 45 years in the case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government.)
Qualifications : Essential: Educational: (i) Degree in any discipline from a recognized university (ii) One year experience of Knowledge in Computer application and word processing.

8. Junior Auditor One post (Reserved for ST)
Pay Band : Rs.5200-20200 + 2400 (Grade Pay)
Age : Not exceeding 30 years as on 21.09.2011.
Qualifications : Essential: Educational: A Degree from a recognized university with two years’ experience in the accounts branch of a public or private sector undertaking.

Application Fee : The application fee for the Post at Sl.No.1 to 5 will be Rs.100/- and Sl.No.6 to 8 will be Rs.50/-. No fee is payable by SC, ST, PH, Ex-Servicemen and Female Candidates.
