Teacher Trainers (Continuous Teacher Support) :
We are looking for Teacher trainers in Gujarati, Maths, Science and Social Studies to provide training and continuous support to teachers in a few government schools of Gujarat. The role would involve visiting schools in the assigned project. This position offers great opportunities for professional growth, and advancement in a collegial and innovative environment. The role is highly engaging, satisfying in contributing to improving learning outcomes in students in government schools and involves the following tasks

Job Profile :
Develops a framework and prepares the content for providing effective support to teachers.
Provides teachers in Gujarati medium schools, high quality training that will promote all-round learning improvement in a fundamental way.
Collects, devises and shares with Gujarati medium schools successful teaching methodologies that can be implemented in the classroom.
Carries out classroom observations, inspects lesson plans, and does demo classes for teachers on difficult concepts.
Documents interactions with the schools and suggests program enhancement/improvement.
Provides monthly status reports on the schools visited.
Identifies and documents any possible service issues and reports for rectification.

Candidate should have/be :
a Post Graduate or Graduate in the subject of choice (Gujarati/ Maths/ Science/ Social Studies)
at least 4 - 5 years of strong teaching experience in respective subject.
sound knowledge of the respective subject.
good presentation and training skills.
keen sense of observing related on-going classroom activities.
able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
well-versed in Gujarati.
open to travel 50% of the time.
