You need to be a self-starter with a vision and 4-5 years' experience in business development, in the software arena with knowledge of telecommunications. Your responsibilities include:
• Solutions development across several telecom sub-domains
• Working with sales teams across continents to educate them on the solutions
• Incorporating customer and sales teams feedback and developing new solutions
• Preparing collaterals and presentations for customer use
• Meeting customers, and being on calls with them when required

Network Management SME
You must have a thorough understanding of SNMP, TMN architecture, service parameters for evolving technologies (ATM, FR, etc.) and 5 years' experience in architecting and developing network management software and leading small to mid-size projects. Your responsibilities include:
• Participating in the development of strategy for expanding the network management business.
• Development a core pool of subject matter expertise in network management
• Conceptualizing, architecting and leading small teams that develop pilot network
• Management applications

Embedded System SME
You should have 5-8 years' experience in developing embedded systems (at least 2 as a project lead) with thorough knowledge of real time operating systems and applications and a keen understanding of industry trends. Your responsibilities include:
• Developing a strategy for expanding the embedded system line of business
• Developing a core pool of subject matter expertise in embedded systems • Conceptualizing, architecting and leading small teams that develop pilot embedded system applications.

Telecom Inventory Management System
System Architects / Subject Matter Experts
You need to have subject matter expertise in telecom inventory management systems and prior experience with requirements definition for software. A detailed understanding of ATM, IP transport applications is essential besides prior experience with IT systems in a telecom operation. Your responsibilities include:
• Developing functional specifications for the inventory management system.
• Evolving the inventory management system to support new telecom technology
• Managing the inventory system as a product.

Brief : During this training week in ONGC we have used soxtherm instument to find
out the bitumen in soil. then firther we do liquid chromatography to find out presence of alkane, aliphatic compounds. after that we do gas chromatography

Project Title : Extraction of Ethyl Alcohol from Fruits.
Brief : This is basically a theoretical project in which we have made alcohol from
sapota fruit by doing fermentation process and after that distillation is done
Project Title : Chemical Recovery Section in Paper Mill
Brief : In this project we have discussed about how to conserve energy mainly in
paper mill where energy plays a vital role. and to increase the percent of
recovery of chemical in that.
