Recruitment of Deputy General Manager

Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL/Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reserve Bank of India having Registered & Corporate Office at Bangalore and banknote printing presses at Mysore in Karnataka and Salboni in West Bengal invites applications for the posts of Deputy General Manager.

1. Number of Posts : Two
Both the posts are unreserved. However, applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH (Only OH) / ExSM categories are free to apply for the post provided they satisfy all the eligibility conditions.

2. Eligibility Criteria (as on 1st August 2011) :
a) Educational Qualification :
i) Essential : Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering / Production Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Printing Technology with 60% of marks in the aggregate from a Govt. recognised University / Institute.
ii) Desirable : Post Graduation in any of the above Engineering branches or in Management from a reputed Management Institute / University
b) Experience :
The candidates should have a minimum of 20 years’ experience in a large scale manufacturing / production/ Printing industry of repute. The candidates, during the last two years, should have been drawing a Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- or more if the organization follows Central Government pay scale; or in the PSU pay Scale of Rs.29,100- 54,500 or above; or drawing a gross salary of Rs.70,000/- or more if employed in other sector.
c) Age : Between 45 and 52 years
