Mandatory:
Design mechanical packaging of electronic Systems
-- Prepare drawings and model details using Pro-E Wildfire 2.0
-- Co-ordinate with stress, thermal and reliability analysis teams to srrive at optimaum packaging parameters.
-- Able to apply Six Sigma tools and methods.
-- Degree in mechanical engineering
-- Familiar with Aerospace/Automotive product design procedures and standards
-- Familiar with CAD tools such as Pro-E Wildfire 2.0 for 3D modeling and detailing
-- Proficiency in performing GD&T and stack up analysis
-- Familiar with PDM tools such as Intralink
-- Knowledge of product development life cycle, product design skills with ability to analyze issues
-- Experience in design of plastic and sheet metal parts as well as die cast products
-- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection moulding, press tools and die casting
-- Good knowledge of materials such as plastics, metals and their finishing operations
-- Working knowledge of printed circuit board layout and harness routing methods.
-- Technical understanding of thermal management and vibration isolation of electronic systems
