Name of the post : Scientist E (Clinical/non-clinical/statistical investigator)
Pay Band + Grade Pay : Rs. 37,400-67,000 + GP Rs. 8,700
Qualifications and experience :MD (Paediatrics) with at least 8 years of academic or work experience post MD including atleast 7 years experience in clinical or population research OR MD (Paediatrics) and MPH (Epidemiology) with at least 6 (if MPH is 5 years) to 7 years ( if MPH is 1 year) of academic or work experience post MPH including at least 6 years experience in clinical or population research.
Age limit : 55 years

Name of the post : Scientist D (Clinical/ non-clinical investigators)
Pay Band + Grade Pay : Rs. 15,600-39,100 + GP Rs. 7,600
Qualifications and experience : MD (Paediatrics) with at least 5 years of academic or work experience post MD including atleast 4 years experience in clinical or population research OR MD (Paediatrics) and MPH (Epidemiology) with at least 3 (if MPH is 2 years) to 4 years ( if MPH is 1 year) of academic or work experience post MPH including at least 3 years experience in clinical or population research.
Age limit : 50 years

Qualifications and experience : MD (Paediatrics) with at least 3 years of academic or work experience post MD including atleast 1 year experience in clinical or population research OR MD (Paediatrics) and MPH (Epidemiology) with at least 1 (if MPH is 2 years) to 2 years ( if MPH is 1 year) of academic or work experience post MPH including at least 1 years experience in clinical or population research. OR M.Sc. (Biomed statistics) and MPH (Epidemiology) with 3 years of academic or work experience post MPH including at least 1 year experience in clinical or population research OR M.Sc. (Biomed statistics) and Ph.D including 1 year of experience in clinical and population research.
