    JOB DESCRIPTION :
    1. Ensure zero Incidents/accident and fire prevention work in the Plant.
    2. Hazards Identification & Risk assessment in working area.
    3. Periodical checking of all area of plant and raised suggestion related to fire prevention measures.
    4. Investigate all cases of fire to determine the cause and take remedial action to avoid repetition. Maintain of all records and submit report to HOD-HSE/fire officer/reporting safety officer and various authorities as per discussed with HOD-HSE.
    5. Working out of first aid fire fighting appliances requirement.
    6. Ensuring weekly checking, monthly /quarterly checking /testing annual refilling painting, and hydraulic testing and so on, as and when necessary in respect of first aid equipment. The proper records of all these checks shall be maintained as per discussed with reporting safety officer and other.
    7. Ensuring that fire appliances where applicable is properly manned round the clock.
