Project Manager / Dy. Project Manager :
Graduate / Diploma civil engineer with 10-25 years experience in execution of construction projects. Candidates for project manager should have independently handled at least one highway project costing not less than Rs. 50 crores.

Project Managers (Bridges) / Sr. Bridge Engineers / Bridge Engineers :
Graduate / Diploma Civil Engineer with 5-20 years experience in construction of bridges. Candidates for Sr. Engineers should have executed projects with pile/well foundations.

Sr. Contract Managers :
Graduate / Diploma Civil Engineer with 10-15 years experience in handling contracts. Serving or retired Govt. officers well versed in contract matters shall also be considered. Degree in Law shall be additional qualification.

Planning Engineers :
Graduate / Diploma civil engineer with 5-10 year experience in Planning of highway construction projects. Candidates should be well versed with Primavera, MS project etc.

Senior Engineers / Site Engineers :
Graduate / Diploma civil engineer with 5-15 years experience in construction of pavements & structure for highway projects.

Material Engineers / Asstt. Material Engineer :
Graduate / Diploma civil Engineer with 5-10 years experience in highways / road project, Should be well versed with bituminous & concrete mix designs.

Quantity Surveyors :
Graduate / Diploma in civil engineering with 5-10 years experience in quantity estimation & analysis of rates for highway projects.

Mechanical Engineers :
Graduate / Diploma in mechanical engineering with 8-10 years experience in repair & maintenance of heavy earth moving equipment / all type vehicles & road construction machinery.

Surveyors :
Degree / Diploma in civil Engineering or ITI Certificate in Surveying with 3-5 years experience in road projects. Conversant with Total Stations & Computer application.
