Must Have Exposure in Fund management.
Finalisation of accounts for ascertaining monthly and yearly profits
Preparation of financial statements and reports for Board meetings and Audit Committee meetings
Preparation of Revenue Budget
Preparation of SOD, QMR and CMA data for Banks
Liaison with Banks for Term loans and Working capital loans
Coordinating with Credit rating agencies.
Taking Care of All the Finance & Accounts process of the firm.
