End to end application development of web-based products on J2EE architecture/Oracle RD
Design and Development using MVC model and Struts framework
Tools and techniques supporting RUP Methodologies and UML modeling
Candidate Profile :
Experience with Java, J2EE, MVC Framework, Struts, Servlets / JSPs, SQL
Knowledge of OOAD methodology, RUP and J2EE design patterns.
Extensive development experience on JSPs, Servlets, EJBs and Struts framework.
Familiarity with UML design tools (such as Visio, Rational XDE, RSM etc).
Experience on application Servers such as JBOSS, Weblogic, Websphere etc
Understanding of Spring Framework and Hibernate is preferred
Excellent interpersonal communications skills are required
Ability to be self-motivated to work well in a fast paced, team environment
Software engineering process knowledge with experience of working in SEI-CMM level companies.
