Job Description :
Heading the Sales and Marketing Division
Creating and distributing sales information on company products / solutions to the customers, distributors, partners through digital, direct mail and other channels
Co-ordinating and working with Operation Heads and Program Managers to increase the profits and sales of the products / solutions and shaping the business

Duties & Responsibilities :
Setting up of sales forecasting and achieving sales targets
Identifying sales opportunities or prospects or end customers in the market
Processing, dispatching, and ordering invoice
Feeding customers with market application and new product information
Evaluating annually to review performance, activity and set up targets
Sharing marketing research information with product development, research and development and marketing
Identifying new product and market opportunities
Finding out or compiling customer applications for company products / solutions
Seeking out new promotional opportunities for company products / solutions
Assisting in creation, co-ordination and production of marketing collateral, press releases and exhibition graphics

Skills & Specifications :
Strong remote and direct sales skills
Should have solid negotiation skills
Intimate knowledge of sales and marketing
Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
Should have high presentation and demonstration skills
Should operate effectively under minimal supervision
Prepared to travel anytime
Excellent interpersonal and managing project skills

Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field from an accredited institution
7-10 Years of Experience
