Senior/Site Engineer :
Experience : 2-5 Years
Qualification : BE/Diploma in Civil

Desired Profile :
. Good experience in dealing with site and execution of work.
. Should be fully conversant with productivity norms of workers, work procedures and safely precautions in the project sites.
. Responsible for work distribution & allocation among workers and achieving project progress as per plan.
. Close co-ordination with different department, consultants and maintaining cordial relations with workers are essential.
. Independently managing the assigned sites and ensuring quality standards by supervising and finishing work.
. Experienced in developing grading, paving, excavation, drainage and site development plans.
. Know how to produce engineering calculations, drawings and specifications for site work and buildings construction.
. Should have technical writing skills, client interaction and the ability to communicate well and work in a project team with other engineering disciplines are highly desirable.
. Monitoring of sites for day to day progress.
. Supervision of civil works at site, including safety, quality and time schedule.
. Co-ordination with own team to ensure smooth execution and handover of the project.

Project Engineer :
Experience : 7-10 Years
Qualification : BE in Civil/Diploma in Civil

Desired Profile :
. Must have extensive experience in project management, able to handle all phases of project conception, construction monitor and follow-up material procurements with vendor, review scope of work, deals with claims various sites.
. Responsible for the control and management of a team of junior engineers and successful completion of the project in accordance with the specifications of the project and quality control.
. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
. Attending regular meetings with clients, consultants and keeping them informed of progress.
. Examining structure s on site or supervising the structural integrity of those being built.
. Overall Management of project, monitor progress of project activities, Time, Cost and Quality control.
. Prepare technical specifications, tender documents and estimation, design basis reports etc.
. Support the business development and tendering process for prospects/projects in Civil Engineering (Hospital, Business and Commercial Centers, Residential Buildings, Airport Terminals etc.) and Infrastructures(Railway, Roads, Underground Metro Systems) business sectors in India.
. Sustain market and demand forecast, customer interface, analyze tender document, provide technical support to design team in order to optimize solutions as part of tendering.
