Quality Tester : ( Job Code : SQT02)
Required Qualification :
Btech, MCA or Relevant Masters Degree with 2+ years experience in software testing and quality assurance role with a mix of both manual and automated test experience including performance, load and stress testing related to client server, web services and Web based applications.
Database, web services, and web application testing experience in an e-Commerce environment
Combination of significant experience with virtualization deployments, client server and web based technologies.
Knowledge and experience with automated testing software packages (Expertise in QTP)
Experience with Performance and Load Generation tools : Ex. HP Load Runner, Borland (Silk Performer and Silk Test) (Any associated Certifications in related testing tools)
Strong working knowledge of Internet browsers and respective compatibility testing
Scripting and SQL Query experience a plus

Performance Test Engineer : (Job Code- PE01)
with at least 3-5 years of performance testing experience in a multi tier environment .
Responsibilities :
Creating load/stress tests using testing tools ( Jmeter is a plus) , analyze load/ stress test results and build and execute load and stress test suites/ harnesses.
Design and document user workflow models based on historic production usage statistics and projected future user transaction rates.
Formally communicate suggestions for tuning the OS, network, database, and application parameters to the customer.
Continuously create and update load scripts for new or altered business functions during subsequent release cycles and analyze the impact of these application changes on system performance.
Design, code, and run scripts that facilitate the staging of performance test data.
Requirements :
3+ years of software testing experience, including test plan and test case generation as well as development of automated test scripts using tools within a multi-tiered web environment
Strong programming skills in following : C#, VB, Perl, SQL.
In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and industry standard software development processes.
Experience in Linux & Windows
Working knowledge in most of the following web technologies : web servers (IIS, Apache), Databases (Oracle, SQLServer), Network and Application Protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL) and other system performance factors (Load-balancers, Cache and Proxy servers)
Proven verbal and written technical communication skills.
