1. Boiler Operations : 20 Posts - In Refineries Only
2. Quality Control : 41 Posts - In Refineries & Marketing Locations

Age Limit as on 30th September 2011 :
30 years for Boiler Operations Engineers and Quality Control Officers
32 years for Medical Officers

Qualification :
1.Boiler Operations Engineer - Post Code 01 – Refinery Units
4 year B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Regular full time Engineering course from recognized Indian University / Institute). The candidate must possess Boiler Engineer’s Certificate (Ist Class Proficiency) issued by the State Boiler Authorities.
2. Quality Control Officers- Post Code 02 – Refinery Units & Marketing Installations
Ph.D in Chemistry from a recognized Indian University/Institute with at least 60% marks in Graduation and Post-Graduation level (Pass Class for SC/ST).
3. Medical Officers - Post Code 03 – Refinery Units
MD(General Medicine) plus specialization in Occupational/ Industrial Health

General & OBC candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred only) by Demand Draft drawn on State Bank of India, Service Branch (Code No. 7687) in favour of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED (REFINERIES DIVISION) payable at New Delhi. Candidates from Delhi may submit Pay Order/ Banker’s Cheque instead of Demand Draft.
