NSC is a Schedule ‘B’ & Mini Ratna Category – I PSU which is in the business of producing and distributing high quality certified seeds all over India invites applications from professionally qualified candidates for the following post on regular basis for its expansion plans. The post is available at Head Office, New Delhi :-

Position : Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Administration) – one post (General) (Direct recruitment)

i)Essential Educational Qualifications :
(i) Degree from a recognized university and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management /HR Management /Public Administration.
ii) Experience : At least 10 years of experience in a responsible supervisory capacity in work relating to administration / personnel and establishment matters in a Central/State Govt., Semi Govt.,/PSU/Commercial Establishments of repute, out of which at least 3 years should be in the scale of Rs. 13000- 350-18250 IDA (pre revise)/24900 – 50500 IDA(revised) or equivalent Rs.15600- 39100+ GP 6600 (CDA).
(iii) Desirable : Degree in Law from recognized university.
iv) Age : Not exceeding 50 years as on 01.01.2011
v) Pay Scale : Rs. 29100-54500 (IDA). Total emoluments at minimum of the basic pay would be Rs. 63147/- p.m (approx.) in Delhi.

Working with Bokaro Jaypee Cement Limited as Deputy Chief Engineer (Electrical), Presently handling the project work of 2.2 MTPA (500 cror) 02 Nos clinker grinding units. Bokaro Jaypee Cement Limited is a Joined Venture of Jaypee Group and SAIL.
Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 132 kV Out Door Switch Yard (ODSY), 25 MVA Power Transformers (Areva), 132kv/6.6 kv Main Receiving Sub-Station, 132 kv & 6.6kv HT Areva Vacuum Circuit Breakers. Testing and Commissioning of 6.6kv/0.44kv Load Centers and 2000 KVA & 1600 KVA Distribution Transformers. Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Siemens make MCCs, PCCs, various LT Motors, BHEL HT Motors up to 5500 kw.
2. (From Feb-2009 to Aug 2010)
Worked as Astt. Manager (ELE), with MOMBASA CEMENT LIMITED, Mombasa, Kenya (East Africa),), 3000 TPD clinkerization and 100 TPH cement grinding unit projects.

B. Hirmi Cement Works (Operation & Maintenance )
Plant Operation :
The focus on smooth, trouble free, safe and efficient operation of plant, equipments and subsystems to deliver optimum output, shift timing and overlap of operation during changeover was well scheduled, log book records was well kept. Safety precautions and instruction for safe and efficient operation are documented.
Independent handling the Shift operation of 1.75 mtpa Cement Plant, Parallel Operation of 6MW*5 = 30 MW DG Sets with Grid, attending Breakdowns and handling workmen.
Preventive Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance was carried out in planned manner as per daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance plans as per ISO 9002/14000, objectives to operate the plant safely, efficiently, economically with optimum productivity and minimum down time.
SECTION INCHARGE for Operation & Maintenance of all type of LT/HT, AC/DC Electrical Equipments. Independent handling of various sections i.e. Lime Stone Mines, Lime Stone Crusher, Raw-Mills, Kiln, Cooler, Coal-Mill, Cement-Mills, Packing-Plants, and Electrical Workshop, Jobs also included follow-up with Electricity Boards, Inventory, Modifications, safety and Energy Savings.
3. from Jun-91 to Sep-93 (Two years)
Worked as SITE ENGINEER with L&T ECC Construction Group under M/S Parmanand Electricals during the construction of Hirmi Cement Projects, at Hirmi Raipur (CG) , Job Profile : Fabrications & Erections of Cable Treys, HT & LT Cable laying and jointing (Straight Through Jointing and end terminations), MCCs & PCCs Erections and Cabling, HT & LT Motors Erection Testing and commissioning, Power Transformers (32.5 MVA) and Distribution Transformers (2 MVA) Erection and testing. Man-Power handling and reporting to clients Engineers as per drawings and projects schedule.
4. (From Sep-2006 to Jan-2009)

Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 220 KV /33 KV/11 KV Sub-Stations including 50 MVA,25 MVA Power Transformers and 36 MVA & 9 MVA Furnace Transformers and 3.6 MVA, 3.25 MVA, 2.5 MVA & 1.6 MVA Distribution Transformers ABB Make 11 KV & 33 KV SF6 Gas Circuit Breakers all EHT Electrical Equipments.
B. Preparation of BOQs and making tender for 220 KV EHT Sub-Stations and follow-up with Sub-Contractors.
5 : (Sep-2005 to Sep-2006)
Worked as DEPUTY MANAGER-PROJECTS, with EMCO LIMITED
A. Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 220 KV/ 132 KV/33 KV Sub-Stations including 160 MVA Transformers and all EHT Electrical Equipments, on Turnkey basis, Independent handling the projects and Reporting to GM-PROJECTS.
B. Making of BOQs for Turnkey Projects for both clients and Sub-Contractors and coordination & follow-up with Chhattisgarh Electricity Board (Client).
C. Developed very good and effective liason network with Chhattisgarh Electricity Board.
6. (Nov- 2004 to sep- 2005)
Worked with JAIN CARBIDE & CHEMICALS LIMITED, as Sr. Engineer, Construction, Erection of 2X 20 MW Coal Based Thermal Power Plant.
