    Job Description
    Upgraded product development for all CCI products (control valves, desuperheaters and actuators)
    New product development
    Sales technical support
    Trouble shooting field problems

    Duties and responsibilities:
    - work with all CCI locations worldwide to understand the identified product upgrade/development requirement
    - make changes (in the best way) in the existing product to come up with an upgraded product
    - generate the 3D model & 2D drawings of the upgraded components and assembly
    - prepare design (hand) calculations for the design development
    - prepare the design documents and operation and maintenance manuals for the product
    - attend meetings and conferences to develop knowledge and skills

    Desired Candidate Profile
    degree from a technical university with not less than 70% aggregate marks
    - must have basic knowledge in material stress analysis (by hand calculation)
    - must have basic knowledge of properties of gas and liquids â thermodynamics
    - must have basic knowledge in principles of flow and fluid statics and dynamics
    - must have good writing skills to prepare design documents and manuals
    - must have good interpersonal communication skills
    - must have working knowledge of MS office and Excel

    ABSRACT:
    The project describes the techniques to reduce the noise in hermetic compressors. Hermetic compressors is modeled in CATIA Software and imported to ANSYS. Using ANSYS solver, with shell 63 element a refined mesh is generated by convergency check. The quality parameters are imposed to get a fine mesh and imposed for ANSYS. Modal analysis has been carried out using Lanczo’s solvers to estimate the natural frequencies by varying shell thickness. The noise levels at this frequency are obtained from the test data.
