Responsibilities and Key Activities :
Accountable for Operations :
Coordinate with Project Managers/Engineers to prepare monthly commissioning plan.
Commissioning the lift in slow speed and high speed as per AM and recommended drawings
Finishing the fine tuning adjustment
Commissioning all optional / special features like KRD, FRD, LAS, BMS, INTERCOM etc
Accountable for Quality :
Ensure the quality of lift performance.
Ensure the commissioned elevator complies with minimum acceptance
Ensure recommended Ride comfort,levelling, Aesthetics, etc.
Reporting to Project Manager/Engineer regarding quality issues arising at site like power supply, earthing,architraves,pending electrical/mechanical works, safety issues, etc for appropriate actions before commissioning.

Norms :
1. Min 70 Lifts Audit per Month, which includes New lifts audit, Safety audit, maintaining ISO as per Standard.
Roles :
1. New lift audit
· 100% lifts should be audited from V1 installation, Modernization & Project.
· NCR points need to update in NCR (separate file is kept for New lift audit)
· The NCR points have been escalated to Engineers, Managers.
· Monthly review meeting for NCR points and correction follow up with NEB team Modernization & Project.
· Monthly report on NCR Scores of Adjusters will be sent to adjuster co-coordinators with Cc to BM/RM
2. Safety audit
· Min eight audits per month by random.
· NCR points from the audit needs to be updated in Common folder (separate file is kept for the above all audits)
· Fortnight review meeting on progress of NCR correction along with BM
· If any major safety issues escalated to BM/DGM/ED.
3. BMS (Branch Management System)
· Stage wise calls had given by NEB, Modernization & project team in BMS.
· As per BMS calls attending the stage wise inspections.
· Updating the NCR’s with corrective action in BMS.
4. ISO :
· Stage wise Inspection will be done as per stage report forms approved by ISO.
· Stage Wise NCR (Non conformance Report) points given in site mentioned with activity numbers.
· In NCR points mentioned as per ISO (Activity No’s Available)
5. Training :
· We trained new NEB auditors in local branch for stage wise inspection/Safety audit/BMS work.
· NEB working process flows.
