    Senior Engineer - Maintenance :
    Knowledge and skills :
    Knowledge of AutoCAD is must
    Knowledge of TS 16949 Quality Management System, Environment management system and Health and Safety management system.
    Qualification and Experience :
    B.E.(Mechanical) with 3-5 Experience in Maintenance in Printing Industry or Diploma in Mechanical with 10 yrs experience in Maintenance.
    Principal Accountabilities :
    1. Handling the maintenance activities in shifts.
    2. Attending the breakdowns.
    3. Execution of preventive maintenance as per plan.
    4. Predictive maintenance, new improvements in the existing systems.
    5. Planning for spares of machines, indenting/follow up for spares.
    6. Looking after utilities like HVAC, DG Sets, Air Compressors, ETP/STP/WTP, Pump House, Calibration of Instruments etc.

    Supervisor- Ink Lab :
    Location : Pelhar (Vasai (E))
    Reports to (Position) : Asst. Manager - Ink Lab
    DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVE :
    As per the shade requirements and production volumes, inks and solvents are mixed here to arrive at the mixture of right properties for usage in printing machines. The objective of ink Lab is to provide right ink inputs required for printing activities.
    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(KEY DELIVERABLES) :
    1. To meet the production requirements for color matching, inspection of printing jobs and on line problem solving.
    2. To work on base coat development for captive consumption
    3. Ink formulation and shade matching with reference to customer reference sample or against universal colour shades.
    4. Maintain Ink Lab Records.
    5. Maintain MSDS file on all hazardous materials.
    6. Support to development team for developments of new inks/formulations.
    7. Compliance of all processes of QMS & EMS.
    CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION :
    In-depth knowledge in formulation and colour matching of inks, paints, lacquers, solvents, and adhesives.
    Decision Making ability.
    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION :
    B. Sc.(Chemistry) or Diploma in Ink/Paint Technology or equivalent.
    3/4 years of experience in formulation and colour matching of inks, paints, lacquers, solvents, and adhesives.
