Prepare Instrument Index > Preparation of Control Strategy, Control Loop Configuration, Instrument Classification, Logic Diagrams, Design of field instruments & Control Systems; > Prepare cable routing drawings, interconnection schedule, instrument hookup diagram, instruments data sheets, Instruments & Junction Box location drawings > Review the P&I drawings / Cable Block diagram > Prepare Cable tray layouts

Skills required : Should be proficient in using AutoCAD. Candidates proficient in using PDMS & INTOOLS will be preferred

Senior Engineer - Instrumentation :
Job Description :
1.Knowledge of international standards, codes and practices related to Instrument Engineering. 2.Review Quality System Procedures / Engineering Department Procedures on a regular basis and update, whenever required. 3.Monitor, control costs and update monthly cost sheets on major projects. 4. P&ID, Interface diagrams, Mimic diagrams, Overall block diagrams, Logic diagrams, Loop diagrams, Hook-up diagrams, Design calculations, loop schematics schedules, MTOs, & Various layouts. 5. Generation of Instrument Data Sheets for various instruments & Field instrument engineering. 6.Preparation of Instrument list, Performing Instrument Design Calculations. Preparation of DCS I/O list. 7. Preparing Installation Drawings, Instrument hardware M.T.O, Control Panel Engineering, Instrument Cable Schedule, Instrument Location & Cable Tray Layouts. 8. Checking of instrument models in Design Review Station, checking clash reports, supervising modeling and drawing extraction activities.
