PROJECT MANAGER (Java) :
Positions Available : 5
Should have 5+ years experience with at least 1 year as Project manager for medium to large projects.
Should have working knowledge on java.
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be able to manage a team of 4 to 5 team members and at least 3 projects.
Should have experience in work break down, creating tasks, monitoring and external, internal communications.
Should have excellent motivational skills.

Sr .SOFTWARE ENGINEERING (Java) :
Positions Available : 15
Should have started his/her career as a programmer and grown into a Sr Software Engineer with experience in designing software products/solutions.
Should be able to technically lead the team for product/project development.
Should have hands on experience in Designing/Coding.
Should have Strong OOAD Skills, Design patterns.
Should have Strong Core java, JSP, Servlets, Struts.
Should have Hibernate, spring, AJAX - Should have Strong DB skills preferably Oracle, My SQL.
Should have UML, Use case driven development.
Should have Websphere/JBoss/Tomcat - Development expertise in Smart Cards/RFID/BioMetrics/Mobile/GIS preferred.
Product development experience is preferred

Sr. TESTER :
Positions Available : 15
Should have hands on testing.
Should have 2-4 years experience in testing.
Should have good knowledge of testing tools and automation.
Should have been a member of medium to large size projects for at least 2 years.
Should be able to document, manage test cases and results.
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
