    PHY layer Engineering :
    Candidates with Bachelors or Masters degree
    Good knowledge communication theory and signal processing skills.
    Should be proficient in C and assembly programming for digital signal processor exposure to Real Time Operating System. Hands on experience in implementing Signal Processing algorithms on DSP.
    Any prior experience of 1 to 5 years on wireless communication is a plus.
    Experience of developing physical layer protocol for transmit or receive chain of communication systems which employed technologies for eg., Wi-Fi, WiMAX, WCDMA/OFDMA, LTE. GSM/GPRS, HSPA+ etc is a big plus.

    MAC layer Engineer :
    Lekha Wiireless is looking for engineers with 1 to any number of experience
    Bachelors/ Masters degree.
    Good knowledge communication theory
    Programming skills in C and C++.
    Good understanding of RTOS like RT linux, vxWorks etc
    Working experience with various debug tools like JTAG, gnu debugger etc.
    Working experience on any MAC layer protocol of communication system
    Experience of developing MAC layer protocol stack for technologies for eg., Wi-Fi, WiMAX, WCDMA/OFDMA, LTE. GSM/GPRS, HSPA+ is a big plus.

    Digital Signal Processing Engineer :
    Experience of 1-any number of years in digital signal processing systems with.
    Experience in Assembly Language and C programming
    Knowledge of any DSP processor achitecture. Knowledge of tool chains like code warrior, code composer studio, matlab etc.,
    Good in Signal Processing fundamentals and communication theory.

    Embedded Software Engineer - Driver Development :
    Experience in driver development : 1 to 10 years
    Core experience should in developing Linux/MAC/Windows networking drivers.
    Should have solid C programming skills
    Should have in-depth knowledge OS kernel mode programming, kernel debug tools and build tools.
    Hands on experience in at least one hardware bus protocol like USB, SDIO, etc. Familiarity with troubleshooting bus level issues with Logic Analyzers would be a plus.
    Experience in developing drivers in Android platforms is a plus
    Any prior experience with wireless networking would be a plus.
