Working as a Quality Control Engineer & Site execution of Natural Draught Cooling Tower System and Chimney & Chimney Elevator package.
Responsibilities
- Inspection of welding works and same by do the RT, UT of the welded joints.
- Conducting of NDT for Concrete and Steel Structures and get it certify from client.
- Quantity Surveying : Estimating Quantities Of All Items Of Civil Works As Per Drawings And From Site Details.
- Preparation Of BBS And Certifying Same By The Clients
- Preparation Of Daily And Monthly Progress Reports Of Site Execution
- Certifying R.A Bills From Clients And Consultants
- Reconcilation, consuption, site execution reports as required by clients
- To prepare material & manpower forecasting to complete the job as scheduled,
- Dealing with Client as per contractual matter & Monthly, Maintaining Planned L2 Scheduled as per project planning,
- Maintain all documents related to ISO 9001 :2000.
- Initiate the internal audit and conduct site management review meeting
- And take corrective action to close all NCR’S raised in the audit in consultation with Project Manager.
- Implement ISO system in the site.
- Ensure that all staff follows Quality Management system at site.
- Maintain list of quality records maintained at site.
- Reviewing QSPs, Work procedure, Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan.
- Attending day to day site QC activities.
- Maintain all documents of QA/QC as per approved QCP& involving site
QA /QC activity
- To do concrete mix design activity of various grades of concrete at site
- Well conversant with IS codes, M.O.S.T & all modern survey equipments
- Preparation of as built drawings of various structures and gets approval from clients.
